Mana Investments acquired 82 finished lots within the Indian Palms Country Club. We committed to the transaction within two weeks of initially learning of the opportunity. This investment was attractive given that 63 lots offer golf course frontage and a majority of the homes can be built with RV garages. The investment will be held until the Coachella Valley market strengthens, at which point homes will be built.
