Together with Pacific Island Investments, we acquired 70 finished lots on the island of Oahu. The lots were acquired in late 2012 and sold in May of 2013. The total investment yielded an IRR of 95%. The investment thesis was to provide the most affordable detached new homes on the island of Oahu. This niche is being met by our buyer who builds self-help homes.
